POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for managing kitchen operations, preparing meals, coordinating catering, and overseeing a garden with sacred plants to support cultural learning and youth development. 

MAJOR DUTIES
Manages food preparation, menu planning, inventory, sanitation, catering services, and the sacred plant garden while providing cultural guidance and supporting youth learning opportunities. 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:  
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in food service or kitchen operations

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 
  • Culinary training
  • Experience with garden management and cultural food practices
