POSITION SUMMARY
The RN Operations supports daily clinical operations at the Miyo Youth Wellness Center by coordinating nursing services, supporting clinical workflows, and ensuring high-quality, culturally grounded care for youth and families under the direction of the Medical Director.

MAJOR DUTIES
  • Coordinate daily nursing and clinical operations at the Miyo Center.
  • Support care coordination, clinical workflows, and scheduling.
  • Provide day-to-day operational guidance to nursing and support staff.
  • Ensure compliance with clinical policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Assist with quality improvement, documentation, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with the Medical Director and interdisciplinary teams.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
  • Experience in clinical nursing practice.
  • Knowledge of healthcare operations and patient care coordination.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience in clinical operations, leadership, or supervisory roles.
  • Experience working in youth, community, or tribal health settings.
  • Knowledge of culturally grounded or integrated care models.
